1. How can I return an item?

You can return any item purchased from Bellwin.store within 30 days of delivery. To initiate the return process, please contact us via email: [email protected]. We will try our best to find the best solution to ensure your satisfaction.

2. What are the conditions for returning a product?

Items must be in their original, unwashed and unworn condition. Items that do not meet this condition will not be accepted. Sold items cannot be exchanged or returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3. What is the return process?

Email [email protected], providing the reason for return along with the order number and product name. If the product is defective, please attach a photo or video.

The support team will respond within 24-48 hours and guide you through the next steps.

Pack the product and send it to the address we provide. Make sure the product is intact and includes all accessories if any.

After receiving the product, we will check and notify the result within 3-5 business days. If eligible, we will refund or exchange the item according to your request.

4. When will I receive my refund?

After checking and confirming the product is eligible, we will process the refund. The amount will be credited to your credit card or original payment method within 30 business days.

5. I have not received my refund, what should I do?

Check your bank account again or contact your credit card company.

We close orders at 5:00 PM (PST) each day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. Order processing time is 1-3 business days.

Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days, depending on destination. Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday and a signature is required upon delivery.

8. How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is $6.99 for all orders.

We work with USPS to ensure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition. USPS provides reliable and secure shipping.
