Returns & Refunds

I. Return policy:

If you are not satisfied with any product you have purchased, we will offer you a product return policy provided you comply with the following return policy:

1. Return time:

If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

2. Conditions:

Returned products must be exchanged if the following conditions are met:

– Cancellation period: within 24 hours after payment has been processed or if your order is in the process of being dispatched by courier, we are usually unable to cancel or update your order details later when the goods have been ordered.

– Returned products must be in original packaging, unused and undamaged.

– Please provide photos and videos showing the status of your order (without photos and videos, we will not process returns).

3. Not eligible for return/exchange

The following cases are not eligible for return/exchange:

Any items that have had their tags removed, regardless of whether they were defective on arrival or not

Items with traces of scent, tobacco, perfume, use, washing or alteration
Intentionally damaged items include but are not limited to lost tags, alterations, laundry damage, even if the item arrives defective

4. Missing things

If any of your items are missing from the parcel, please contact our care staff within 14 days from when you received the box. When contacting us, please send us the images described below.

(Box image, Image of all items you receive, Order list, image of each item’s barcode)

If confirmation is missing, we will send the product to you immediately, however some products may be out of stock.

5. Shipping:

Shipping costs to return the package will be paid by you.

You may consider sending the item back to us using a shipping method to track the status of your order.

II. Return policy:

1. Refund time:

Refund period is within 30 days from the date of receipt of the customer’s returned goods.

2. Refund method:

– We will notify you when we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether a refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll automatically receive a refund to the customer’s original payment method.

– Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.

– Once your refund is approved by us, all responsibility rests with your bank.

– If you do not wish to receive the product due to changes in personal needs, we will deduct shipping costs directly from your refund.

3. Refunds for unclaimed packages

In the event that the customer does not receive the package and the package has since been returned due to unclaimed/incorrect or incomplete address, round-trip shipping charges are based on each carrier’s actual shipping rates. Express shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

In some cases, depending on shipping costs, the parcel may be discarded; Such customers will be responsible for the loss caused and will not be entitled to a refund.

4. Late or missing refunds:

In case you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again then contact your credit company, it may take some time before your refund is posted official.
