Shipping and delivery
1. Order processing time
At bellwin.store, we cut off orders at 5:00 pm (PST) every day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. We recommend that you place your order before the cut-off time so that your order can be processed quickly.
Order processing time is within 1-3 working days. Please note that your order may take longer to deliver if we receive a high volume of orders. If a significant delay is expected in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or phone.
2. Delivery time
Estimated delivery time is within 7-15 business days (may take longer, depending on destination). Deliveries will be made from Monday to Saturday. A signature will be required upon delivery.
However, there will be circumstances we cannot foresee such as weather conditions or logistical difficulties that may result in minor delays. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. If there is a delay in shipping, we will contact you via email.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
3. Shipping costs
Standard shipping is $6.99 for all orders.

5. Order tracking
You will receive a confirmation email or text message with a tracking identification number and a link to track your package. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. If you are unsure of your ID, please check our delivery confirmation email.
6. Shipping delay
If your package takes more than 30 days to arrive, we will refund your full order amount.
If your package does not arrive on time, please submit a request and we will respond within 12 hours. Thank you for your patience and support.
If the shipping tracking code status is complete but you haven’t received your order, check around your house first because it might be hidden somewhere. If this still doesn’t help you, please contact the shipping company we included in your shipping status email notification.
7. Your package is wrong/damaged
We will take great care so that your order arrives in the best condition. If your order is damaged, we are sorry. Please email us at [email protected] within 7 days with a picture of the damaged item, your order number and any other information you may have about the order your order to help us resolve this issue for you quickly. We will reply you as soon as possible with an answer!
